Healthy Pancakes

Breakfast doesn't have to be worthy and dull. Pancakes always feel like a treat, but they can also be healthy and nutritious. There are so many healthy variations of this pancake recipe and I have laid out just a few of them below.

Pick a pancake recipe from the 3 options below. To cook the pancakes (all options), melt a little coconut oil in a hot frying pan and fry on each side for about 60 seconds. If you enjoy this healthy and filling breakfast, be sure you check out the nutrition and healthy eating presentation on my private Facebook group, Your Health is in Your Hands. Pancake Bases
