The Great Health Reset is an intimate three-day retreat designed to help you understand your body, reconnect with the foundations of good health and make changes that last.
Set within the 173-acre regenerative estate at 42 Acres in Somerset, you’ll step away from the noise of everyday life and explore the fundamentals of nutrition, gut health, sleep, movement and stress through expert guidance, nourishing food, daily movement, restorative practices and time in nature.
With just nine guests, there’s space for personal support, including a private health consultation with Tracy, alongside time to rest, reflect and enjoy the estate. You’ll leave not only feeling restored, but with Tracy’s complete 12-week Gut & Health Reset Programme to help you continue at home.

Sumptuous Room, Hermitage
The two largest rooms in the main house. A superking bed, a private walk-in shower room and room to properly settle in. Steps from the kitchen table, the fire and everything else happening in the house.

A king bed and a private bathroom in the heart of the main house. Warm, simple and right in the middle of things, with the group space, the kitchen and the gardens all on your doorstep.

Cottage Room, Monk Hatch/ Barn
Your own private bedroom in either Monks Hatch or Library Barn, two detached cottages just a short walk across the estate. Each cottage is shared with one other retreat guest, while every bedroom remains completely private. One of the Library Barn rooms is also ground floor and step-free.
