A simple, gluten-free overnight oats jar built around genuine magnesium-rich ingredients: oats, almonds, and dark chocolate.

Serves: 1

INGREDIENTS

• 80 grams gluten-free rolled oats

• 200 milliliters milk of choice (dairy or plant-based)

• 100 grams natural yoghurt

• 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

• 30 grams almonds, roughly chopped

• 20 grams dark chocolate (70%+), roughly chopped

• 1 banana, sliced

• 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds

• 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Mix the base: In a jar or container, combine the 80 grams gluten-free rolled oats, 200 milliliters milk of choice (dairy or plant-based), 100 grams natural yoghurt, 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup, and 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon. Stir well to combine.

2. Chill overnight: Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours, until the oats have softened.

3. Add the toppings: In the morning, top with 1 banana, sliced, 30 grams almonds, roughly chopped, 20 grams dark chocolate (70%+), roughly chopped, and 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds.

4. Serve: Stir gently or eat straight from the jar, layered as you like.

NOTES

Pumpkin seeds, almonds, oats, and dark chocolate all naturally contribute to your magnesium intake, alongside a genuinely satisfying breakfast. Swap the banana for berries if you prefer, and use a dairy-free yoghurt and milk to make this fully plant-based.
