Service Description

Using your information from our initial consultation and your health questionnaire, in this 90 minute session I will analyse your current lifestyle, diet and health concerns, create realistic health goals, and craft a detailed plan to enable you to meet those goals. This includes free email support, up to a maximum of one email per week.
