Serves 1


  • 1 cup brewed coffee

  • 1 tablespoon grass fed butter or ghee

  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder


  1. Add coffee to a blender with butter, coconut oil, and cinnamon.

  2. Blend for 5 seconds and serve immediately for a warm beverage or add ice cubes to make an iced coffee.
