Strawberry & Basil Chia Pots

A refreshing way to start the day or enjoy as a dessert. Chia seeds are an excellent source of omega-3s and soluble fibre for blood sugar balance, while strawberries and basil bring vitamin C, antioxidants and a lovely summer flavour.

Ingredients


3 tbsp chia seeds

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

Handful strawberries, chopped

Few basil leaves, finely chopped


Method


  1. Mix chia seeds, almond milk and vanilla. Let sit overnight in the fridge.

  2. Before serving, top with strawberries and basil.
