Strawberry & Flax Chia Pudding

Sweet strawberries, fibre-rich flax and chia seeds come together in this simple make-ahead breakfast that’s great for supporting gut health and keeping you fuller for longer. Fresh, creamy and naturally satisfying.

Serves: 2
Ingredients
1/4 cup Chia Seeds
1 1/3 tbsp Ground Flax Seed
1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 cup Sunflower Seed Butter
2/3 cup Strawberries (chopped)
2 tbsp Almonds (chopped)
Method
In a bowl, stir together the chia seeds, flax seeds, milk, vanilla, and sunflower seed butter. Refrigerate for at least two hours or until chilled and the chia seeds have set.
Serve the chia pudding topped with strawberries and almonds. Enjoy!
