Cocoa & Sea Salt Porridge

This warming porridge recipe is perfect for when you are craving something sweet but you also need something balanced and healthy that will keep you going until lunch.

(Serves 1)


  • 50g rolled oats

  • 1 tsp. chia seeds

  • 25g chocolate protein powder

  • Sprinkle of Celtic sea salt

  • Water or milk as desired


  1. Place the oats and chia seeds in a pan, add a little water or milk and cook until the porridge reaches your desired consistency.

  2. Remove from the heat, stir in the protein powder and top with a sprinkle of sea salt.

  3. Add more water or milk if required and serve.
